2. Prices
All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. In the shopping cart you will see the total price including all taxes. VAT on sale of used goods (labeled VINTAGE) is calculated i.h.t. VAT Act § 20b and is not deductible as input VAT.
3. Payment
Payment is made at checkout. Payment method is provided by Bambora and we offer card payment, Vipps payment and invoice / partial payment. The card is charged when the item is shipped.

4.2 Deliveries
Orders placed before 2 pm are processed on the same day and are usually delivered within one to three days. Delivery is to the address you specified when ordering.
4.3 Damaged goods and claims
When you receive your order, it is important to check the goods for damage or defects. Should the item be damaged or destroyed, please contact us at info@utopiaretromodern.com for further instructions. On newly manufactured goods, there is a two-year warranty according to Norwegian law. For used goods, only claims relating to damage or loss in connection with shipping or for material defects or defects not disclosed in the description apply. Please contact via e-mail or orally. If possible, we recommend that you examine vintage items in the store before placing an order. Used / vintage items are sold “as is”.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the item can be returned in its original packaging and is essentially unchanged. You have the right to open the package and examine the product, but it must not be used beyond that. When you use the right of withdrawal, you must pay the return freight yourself. If you exercise your right to cancel the purchase, we will refund the full amount of the goods as soon as possible, or within 30 days of the date we received the goods in return.

In connection with your order, you agree to our storage and use of your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communications we have with you via email, in order to provide the service you expect from us. We will not share your personal information with third parties.

8. Cookies

9.1 Force Majeure
Special circumstances that are beyond human control such as war, extensive labor conflict, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, severe infection, that prevent the parties from fulfilling their obligations can free a party from said obligations. Such an exception applies on condition that the operation cannot be performed under these conditions. The other party shall immediately be notified of the circumstances of the application of this provision.
9.2 Change of contract
After you as a customer have made a purchase, we have no right to change the terms of that purchase unless otherwise agreed.
